Breaking into a new vertical
When ZipWhip shut down, MLB, NBA, MLS and NHL teams needed a seamless transition to a new SMS provider. I led the rapid development and launch of an MS Dynamics Integration, Keyword Auto-Responses, and Conversation History Import, securing high-value sports organizations and expanding TextUs’s enterprise market presence.
The Complex Simplified
TextUs faced significant user dissatisfaction and operational inefficiencies due to separate code bases for our web application and Chrome extension, resulting in inconsistent features and UI. As the Product Manager responsible for these areas, I championed a comprehensive overhaul.
